OCEAN & EARTH: APPOINTS THOMAS EDGAR AS HEAD OF MARKETING

Ocean & Earth, the independently owned Australian surf accessories company founded in 1979, has appointed Thomas Edgar as Head of Marketing. The appointment marks a significant step in the brand’s continued global growth strategy.

Thomas brings 15 years of marketing and creative experience across multiple industries, most recently as Global Eyewear Marketing Manager at SMITH Optics HQ in the United States. His arrival is a direct reflection of where CEO Phil Macdonald is steering the brand. After reigniting the focus on product innovation, O&E is now investing in the brand-building infrastructure to match that ambition, without losing sight of its core promise.

That promise has remained unchanged since founder Brian Cregan established the business in Sussex Inlet in 1979: Built by surfers, for surfers, with no compromise on quality. It’s a foundation that has carried the brand through four decades of growth and international distribution.
