Surf Industry Unites for the 3rd Annual ASI Honours Night on Burleigh Hill
Perched above the iconic Burleigh Beach in the WSL Athletes Lounge, over 100 surf industry personalities gathered to celebrate the 3rd Annual ASI Surf Industry Honours Night, an evening that celebrates the community spirit of the Australian surf industry.
The night brought together legends of the sport including Stephanie Gilmore, Macy Gallahan and Luke Egan, alongside leading Industry personalities, retailers, and brand executives from across the country.
This year’s honourees were:
Surfer of the Year – Laura Enever
Environmental & Social Impact – Take 3 for the Sea
Service to the Industry – Jack McCoy, whose award was warmly accepted on his behalf by his daughter Indiana McCoy.
A highlight of the night was the charity auction, which raised over $10,000 for the honourees’ selected charities:
Carrie’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer
Take 3 for the Sea
Surfrider Foundation Australia
Living Ocean
Special thanks to the many brands, along with Jack and Kelly McCoy, for their generous donations toward the auction.
Guests enjoyed a relaxed evening with wine by The Hidden Sea, Stone & Wood beers, and smooth beats from DJ Shimmy (Dimity Stoyle), all while soaking up the vibrant energy and camaraderie in the room.
The event was proudly supported by major partners WSL and The Hidden Sea, with Stone & Wood and Stryker Media as valued supporting partners.
